Theresa J. Macri of Harrison, New York, passed away at Montefiore Hospital in The Bronx, NY on September 21, 2022, at the age of 91.
Theresa was born in New York, New York, on May 10, 1931, and soon after moved to Harrison. At the age of 21, she married William Macri of Mamaroneck, NY, and they settled in Harrison to raise a family. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and writing poetry.
Theresa is survived by her children, Santo Macri (Doreen) of Harrison, NY, and Marylou Schirmer (Peter) of New Fairfield, CT; four grandchildren, Lisa, William, Michael, and Heather; three great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Clara Umbro and Margaret Gambino. She was predeceased by her husband, parents, brother Jerry and sister Lucy.
Services were private.
