John Abner Handy, III, a resident of Brewster, N.Y. passed away at 81 years old on October 22, 2020. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., he was a graduate of Carmel High School and Alfred University. He was a long-time real estate and insurance broker. John loved playing tennis with his cronies and traveling to Cape Cod with Margaret. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret Handy; three children, Scott Handy, James Handy and Tricia Cannizzaro; and three grand-children, Olivia, Aidan and Gavin Cannizzaro. Donations to Putnam Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
