Obituary for John "Reggie" Aloisio

John (aka “Reggie”) Anthony Aloisio
October 30, 1956 to October 9, 2020
Born in Muro Lucano, Italy, to Vito Aloisio and Maria (Gallucci) Aloisio (both deceased). He was the youngest child in a family of four and came to America on a boat with his family at 19 mos. He was raised in The Bronx initially in the Arthur Avenue neighborhood and spent his later years in Throgs Neck area. He attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel grammar school and later graduated from St. Helena School of Business.
Reggie is survived by his wife of 22 years, love of his life, Claire (Beaudrot) Aloisio and his beautiful 19-year old twins of whom he was so proud, John Vito and Victoria Marie. Predeceased by his older brother Ando, he leaves behind his sister Mary and his brother Carmine, wife Jolinda, and their boys David and Daniel.
Son-in law to Tom and Maresa (Hasselt) Beaudrot (both deceased) who loved him dearly; beloved brother-in-law to Jolinda (Celentano) Aloisio, Tommy Beaudrot (deceased) and to Steven and Debbie (Holzman) Beaudrot.
Beloved Uncle to David, Daniel, Anthony and Marc Aloisio; and Steven, Charlotte, Brendan and Katie Beaudrot.
Reggie entertained life and held various jobs including playing in a band (The Original Just Us), as a taxi cab driver for Crosby Cab, worked with Local Laborers Union #79, Owner/Operator of Top Hat Town Car Limousine, and most recently, held the position for the past eight years as a beloved school bus driver for Royal Coach Bus Lines in Somers, New York.
No words can express how he will be missed dearly by his extended family of cousins and friends.
