Jackie was born on July 31, 1954 to Robert and Ruth (Mangels) Dyer in New Rochelle, Ny.
Jackie attended New Rochelle schools and graduated from New Rochelle High School as a licensed cosmetologist.
She spent several years as a hair stylist and later changed careers. Most recently she was employed at Graybar Electric and was a member of Local Union
Jackie enjoyed being with friends and family. She enjoyed cooking and making her crafts.
Jackie is survived by her sister Linda Dyer and her two brothers, Joseph and Michael Blanco. She is also survived be her niece Analisa Blanco.
