Condolence: Jim Degnan who I always called "Deggie" was one of the pillars of the Knights of Columbus in Carmel. I was fortunate to join the Knights, met Jim and became an admirer of Jim and his friend. He was such a terrific personality and Catholic gentleman. I always found Jim to be one of the most cheerful and friendly people I ever knew. Jim was one of the greatest Knights who you could always count on. Jim will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Maryellen and I always cherished Jim's company, friendship and we are very upset by his passing.
Jesus surely welcomed Jim with open and loving arms. May he rest in heavenly peace.
