Ms. Carmela Loreti entered eternal rest on Wednesday May 22, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was 88 years old. Carmela was born on November 7, 1930 to Sabatino and Theresa Spinelli in the Bronx, New York. Together with her former husband, Sebastian Loreti, she raised their two devoted children, Gina Forgione (Vito), and the late John.
Carmela worked for many years in the Westchester public school system, first in New Rochelle and later in Purchase, New York. During the later years of her life, Carmela had been blessed to reside with her daughter and her family and have the joy of watching her two of her grandchildren, Nicolette and Christopher , grow up.
She is survived by her daughter Gina, son-in-law Vito, her grand children, as well as several loving nieces and nephews. Carmela has been pre-deceased by her parents, her two sisters Antoinette and Josephine, and her son John.
