Obituary for Eleanor Vidalis
Eleanor (Barone) Vidalis, a long time Carmel, New York resident (1959), died on Saturday, August 22, 2015 age of 84, born in Pittston, Pennsylvania (January 29, 1931), she was the daughter of the late Nathalie and John Barone. Predeceased by her husband John; mother of John and Matthew Vidalis, daughter-in-law Donna McGavin, grand children Alexa and Adam Vidalis, two sisters (Grace DeMarzo and Rosemary Girone) and two brothers (Ameadeo Barone and Ronald Barone), several nieces and nephews and a few special friends and their families, predeceased by two brothers (Angelo Barone and Joseph Barone) and two sisters (Carmolinda Stosius and Arselina Capitano); beloved late pets Tatters and Maxine. She was a wonderful homemaker, devoted caregiver, avid bird watcher, excellent cook and dog enthusiast. In lieu of flowers, donations to Putnam County Humane Society (P.O.
